FleishmanHillard is accepting applications for the 2018 Alfred Fleishman Diversity Fellowship.
The fellowship targets college seniors, recent graduates and graduate students from ethnically diverse backgrounds, as well as applicants who have a passion for ethnic or cultural diversity. The fellowships are offered in public relations, graphic design, video, social content, digital and copywriting. They are six-to-twelve months in duration, offering a challenging work experience in one of our U.S. offices, competitive pay, professional development and senior-level mentorship. In addition, company benefits such as healthcare, 401k, vacation and sick leave are included.
Fellows have the opportunity to work on client projects, media relations, events and new business pitches, among many other practical experiences in the field of integrated communications. Fellows are also engaged in promoting diversity and inclusion across FleishmanHillard as well as in their local communities, and they support the development and implementation of new diversity and inclusion initiatives. During and/or at the end of the assignment, fellows are given strong consideration for full-time positions with FleishmanHillard based on their job performance and the needs of the business.
